How do I book an eye test?
You can book an eye exam:
- At your own home through one of our many sight awareness campaigners,

How do I change or cancel my appointment?

Will the Optometrist arrive on time?
The optometrist will usually be on time, the Optometrist occasionally may be a little early or a little late due to the tailor made service and variations in traffic.
How do I recognise your Optometrist at the door?
All our Optometrists where prominent ID badges with their name and pictures clearly displayed. To ensure your safety and piece of mind
All optometrists have undergone enhanced CRB checks. You can always phone us, on free phone 0800 9991 721 to confirm the identity of any our staff.
Is the eye test the same as the ”High street”?
All of our Optometrists are experienced and fully qualified. The main difference you will notice is the specialised portable equipment that will allow Optometrist to carry out a thorough complete eye examination.
Will I receive “free” spectacles?
You will receive free spectacles if you or your partner claim one of the qualifying benefits
Do I have to choose from the “free” spectacles range?
No, we have a selection of spectacle frames with different styles and prices, you can choose whichever frame or style you like the best.
When will I receive my spectacles?
You will receive your new spectacles as soon as possible. After your eye examination your optometrist will advise you of how long it will take for your spectacles to be ready. The day before your spectacles are due to be delivered you will receive a phone call confirming a time our dispensing assistant will arrive to fit your spectacles and make sure they are comfortable.
What if my spectacles need adjusting?
